Shopping Rose

The first shopping center “Rose” was opened in November 2013 and is the first center of this type in Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje. Located in the center of the town, the commercial core represents not only the place of purchase, but also the place of meeting. Built according to the latest building standards with well-designed interior and exterior design and as such, it gives a new look to the area in which it is located. The concept of a mall is a more innovative form of retail with many benefits for both buyers and sellers.

The center is intended for all age groups, so we installed a field, Panoramic elevator and a ramp for the disabled. For those who lead an active life in the basement there is a gym, on the ground floor and the first floor are the sales facilities of famous brands, and the breath after all the contents can be found at the very top in a modern decorated restaurant whose cozy ambience is additionally contributed by the open terrace and trees of the nearby park.

In 2015, the second Rose Center in Bugojno was opened, with the same purposes and functionality. Both malls are intended for leasing to third parties for a longer period of time.
